This morning I awoke to snow falling and a warm puppy by my side. But alas, I had to get my creaky bones out of bed to go to church. After that we spent lunch at a pizza parlor with all the people who celebrate March birthdays at the church.
‘My Serious Pose’
This is Yoda Ears. The boy calls her Chicken Wing Ears. I like it. She looks like a tomboy now.
This is the whole famdamily on the bed. During school.
I made this during school.
fake chicken burger…. Yummy. From here
and mushroom tofu burger, with dried and fresh ’shrooms
Been knitting and doing the home school thing.
I bought this for a friend of mine that is 8 days younger than me and tortures me about it.
This stuff rocks and smells like jasmine. If anyone wants to buy it for my birthday.. go right ahead.
Since son and I have birthdays 8 days apart, we usually do something as a family.
I ordered and read this book by the Method people. and then proceeded to throw away my pots and pans.
So hubby had to buy me stainless steel pans [if he wanted to eat, that is]
After Dinner Saturday night the boy couldn’t wait to give me a gift.
I love Willow Tree and I owned 5 figurines and all of them are broken. Either the head or hand or something got broken, by the guys.
4 out of the 5 have survived the brutality of the guys playing or throwing a ball in the house or wrestling. The one that didn’t survive was ‘mother and child’. So they replaced it.
Got home on Saturday to find my porch railing in the driveway. the screen door flung open and broke it. broke it bad. Called the guy who built it and asked him about his lifetime warranty. Seems there is none. He told me next time to Go Union. That’s why he is getting the above forementioned present ![]()
