Fridays Field Trip: Crazy. fun. I didn’t embarrass the boy too bad and hubby got of work early to be with us.
Saturday, Anna Bella took her Canine Good Citizen test: YeaH!!!! We passed, she is now able to do the ‘tutor with tails’ program at the humane society where the dogs go to local schools and sit while kids (who struggle at reading) read to them. How fun!
My son mows these peoples yard while they snowbird in Arizona. He mowed a cross in their yard.
Luckily they don’t come back for a couple weeks. They would have a heart attack. I will show them pictures upon their arrival. (yes, they are christian, not KKK)
Spring!
Cat lap top
Fake bacon, yummy. Even the boy likes it and swears it tastes just. like real. bacon.
Fake hamburger, not so yum. Hubby threw some spaghetti away with this meat in it, because I told him I wouldn’t cook him anything else until it was gone.
I love this self-portrait. My boy is getting so big.
These videos are of me driving downtown to pick my hubby for lunch, they are a bit boring and shaky. I had the camera sitting on the steering wheel as I was driving. But if you would like to see the town I live in….
I have some exciting news, but can’t spill the beans yet. Until I know for sure we have the plane tickets…..
UPDATE!: we have plane e-tickets. The boy and I are going to IOWA in Sept. We are visiting DM and his lovely wife and spending the weekend at their bed and breakfast and attending Apple Jam.
Have a wonderful weekend, Im going to lay out in the sun.

Just took your “u-tube” tour of town
as my former Hippy buddy Bill would say…”took a trip and never left the farm”…
Yeah for fake bacon! We’ve been eating that stuff for years.
~~so, rumor has it you have a great recipebook for vegan/vegetarian, put out by your church? Can I get one?
Geezalou! That was just pure torture, just like actually sitting there waiting for the stupid tram to pass, only I can’t skip ahead IRL!
You would be surprised how many people go to that Jack in the Box on Christmas Eve. Bill and I did, but only to use their bathroom, because we still had to walk back down to Old City Hall and nothing with fewer homeless dudes hanging around was open.
Hey! Let’s go to lunch at the Renaissance! Think they have anything you could eat?
I finally figured out what that Carribbean place was you were talking about–not being a Hooters expert, I just thought it was all the same joint.
When is Jess out of school? Let’s do something some Weds or Thurs before then (walk the waterfront?). I just have to head in to work by 4.
*too lazy to email*
~~im sure they would have something. jess is out of school on june 6th. you pick a day, im open!
