Isa 40:7 - [In Context|Read Chapter|Original Hebrew]
The grass withers, the flower fades, When the breath of the LORD blows upon it; Surely the people are grass.
Isa 40:8 - [In Context|Read Chapter|Original Hebrew]
The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.
Jas 1:11 - [In Context|Read Chapter|Original Greek]
For the sun rises with a scorching wind and withers the grass; and its flower falls off and the beauty of its appearance is destroyed; so too the rich man in the midst of his pursuits will fade away.

  1. We got our apple orchard sprayed for cedar rust, marked out the location of a new 32 ft by 64 ft garage for a customer, bought and planted a new pin oak tree in honor of our new grand child, and took several naps.

  2. Those rain barrels are great. I’ve been thinking about getting some to water our garden from.

    I love the firepit, too!
~~i wished we use the firepit more and the swing, seems we are always so busy. sigh!Im waiting patiently for it to rain
